180 School Day Requirement Remains in Effect for NJ Schools: Following periods of unusual weather causing successive school closings speculation often arises regarding the possibility of the Governor easing the 180 school day requirement. Please note that this will not be the case as NJ school districts have plenty of time to adjust their calendars as/if necessary.
